Qualifications

• CPA-licensed accounting professional with experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Experience leading finance operations and ensuring GAAP adherence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain accurate financial records and the company’s book of accounts
• Lead preparation of financial reports, billing documents, and collection monitoring
• Manage payment processing for suppliers and contractors
• Review employee reimbursements and approve payment vouchers
• Supervise accounting entries and ensure proper documentation filing
• Oversee preparation of Statements of Account and collection letters
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and statutory requirements
• Support internal and external audit
