Qualifications

• CPA or CPA Board Passer.
• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or Finance or related field.
• Knowledgeable in tax reporting and bookkeeping.
• Familiar with BIR regulations, tax filings, and government statutory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented with analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in financial reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record, reconcile, and monitor financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation.
• Provide financial data and analysis to assist management decisions.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain proper records.
• Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting.
