Job Description
  • Oversee and drive sales activities in the Philippines for the Plastic & Rubber business segment.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers.
  • Identify and secure new customers through direct engagement or collaboration with established sales channels.
  • Present products and solutions effectively to prospective clients-both in person and virtually.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements in collaboration with the sales engineering team.
  • Track and manage sales activities using a structured CRM platform.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in professional sales, preferably in industrial machinery, process cooling, or refrigeration, or selling industrial machine solutions to the Plastic & Rubber / Packaging sectors
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Familiarity with industrial process cooling and/or refrigeration is an advantage
    • Understanding of thermodynamics principles
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
    • Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills
    • Professional with excellent presentation skills
  • Other Requirements:
    • Must have own vehicle for travel and client visits
