Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading bearing manufacturing company. Our client seeks an experienced Sales Manager with at least 10 years in bearing sales, adept at client acquisition, business development, and negotiation. The role focuses on accreditation, validation, and key account management.

Job Summary

The Country Sales Manager at C&U Philippines will lead the sales team to meet and surpass targets, develop sales strategies, foster customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities include market analysis, monitoring competitors, and positioning products effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales, marketing, and aftersales strategies.
  • Explore new business opportunities in bearings and related parts, developing premium dealers.
  • Report business status to HQ regularly.
  • Create customer strategies for automotive and industrial segments.
  • Manage Business Plan and P&L responsibilities for the country.
  • Maintain transparency on pricing strategies.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up.
  • Coordinate exhibitions, presentations, and management events.
  • Monitor technical trends and competitor activities.
  • Record customer requirements and prepare for budget planning.
  • Implement cost reduction measures.
  • Conduct team performance reviews.
  • Address delivery issues and warranty claims.
  • Motivate and develop team members.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Key Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years in bearing sales, experience with premium brands preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
  • Strong product, market, financial, and technical knowledge; engineering background is a plus.
  • Negotiation and assertiveness skills.
  • Goal-oriented with strategic thinking, especially in automotive.
  • Intercultural and social skills for relationship building.
  • Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 standards.
  • Proven sales success, managerial, and team-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, creative problem solver, capable under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM, ERP, OA systems.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.
