Job summary

HyreWise is seeking a seasoned Country Head for the Philippines to lead and scale the commercial side of the business. You will own market growth, revenue generation and the strategic direction, while forging partnerships with banks, fintechs, and corporate clients.

You will build and lead a high-performing sales organization, drive new business acquisition, and work closely with regional teams to align go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within FinTech, Payments, Digital Financial Services or Financial Infrastructure.
• Proven success in high-growth start-up or scale-up environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead successful sales teams.
• Strong track record of consistently exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
• Experience developing strategic partnerships and enterprise client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to execute both strategically and operationally.
• Established network within the Philippines financial services and fintech ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities
