Job Description

  • Achieve revenue and profit targets
  • Promote complementary vendors within the Cisco practice
  • Own and drive the Channel Development Plan
  • Lead the Cisco team in sales and technical activities
  • Engage with vendor account/channel managers to develop channel relationships
  • Build strategic relationships with relevant vendor staff and senior management
  • Promote services practice for the Cisco business
  • Provide coaching to reseller sales representatives on Cisco solutions
  • Align vendors' and channel partners' objectives within the team
  • Drive vendor sales through Tier-2 resellers and ATP partners
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and strive to exceed expectations
  • Ensure punctuality for all meetings
  • Meet reporting deadlines, including pipeline reports
  • Achieve quarterly MBOs
  • Grow regional numbers and attain GP targets
  • Drive program consistency and execute rollouts across the region
  • Align regional strategies with vendor objectives
  • Act as the link between Cisco ASEAN and Comstor ASEAN
  • Collaborate with regional teams to align with vendor goals

  • Strong understanding of networking, security, voice, server, and storage solutions
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience managing relationships with large vendors and channel partners
  • Understanding of the Channel model
  • Strong sales background with relationship-building at senior and strategic levels
