  • Provide exceptional customer service: Assist customers with product inquiries, offer personalized recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction. This may include processing transactions, handling returns, and resolving customer issues.
  • Support sales efforts: Actively participate in sales activities, such as merchandising displays, promoting sales events, and assisting with inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales environment: Keep the sales floor neat and tidy, ensure products are properly displayed and stocked, and assist with store maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service. This includes strong verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Basic Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company. This may include understanding product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
  • Sales & Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is highly preferred. This demonstrates an understanding of sales techniques, customer service best practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
