• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, build rapport, and provide exceptional customer service. • Basic Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the products or services offered by the company. This may include understanding product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions.
