Responsabilités

• Preparation of bid documents and bills of quantities.
• Undertaking cost analysis and feasibility studies.
• Track changes to design/ construction work and adjust budgets.
• Prepare and maintain project budgets including labour, materials, equipment, services.
• Perform cost analysis and estimate projected costs.
• Analyze completed projects to compare estimates with actual costs.
• Monitor project costs and provide cost control recommendations.
• Validate cost data from various sources for consistency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with procurement and contract management to manage costs and negotiate contracts.
