Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in construction coordination, materials management, or project support.
• Familiarity with project tracking systems (PPM, SD Request) and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits and project meetings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-construction budgets and Bills of Materials (BOM) for new builds and renovations.
• Upload BOMs to PPM or SD program systems.
• Track deliveries, material requests, and change orders from site engineers.
• Coordinate issuance of Notices to Proceed and Awards with contractors and suppliers.
• Support renovation engineers in uploading BOMs and monitoring deliveries.
