QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be willing to work at the Head Office in Bangkal, Makati City

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Quantifies estimates, structural, and finishing based on reference plans

· Prepares Bill of Quantities (BOQ) relative to standard phase code system

· Reads and interprets construction schedule for budget preparation

· Handles ongoing and Ready for Occupancy (RFO) projects

· Generates budget through quantity

· Verifies budget for other departments prior the awarding to subcontractors

· Performs estimation extraction

· Participates in learning sessions initiated by the management

· Presents quantity analysis to the immediate manager
