This role coordinates, directs, and leads estimating efforts to ensure optimum costing and coordination of projects and programs to ensure the company meets customer expectations and manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategies to minimize financial waste across company operations.
• Develop and execute initiatives to boost project profit margins.
• Accurately calculate and report the actual costs associated with each project.
• Analyze profitability and prepare company budget.
• Monitor and prepare weekly/monthly checklist for material, safety and security, revolving fund, subcontractors and meeting form.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
• Proven experience in cost engineering or cost estimation, preferably in the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct and supervise.
