Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to support product costing, budgeting, and financial reporting activities. In this role, you will assist in maintaining costing databases, preparing product profitability reports, supporting budgeting processes, and generating management reports to help drive informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and organizing the product costing framework, database, and repository, ensuring cost models and updates are accurately documented.

• Support the Product Costing Lead in preparing periodic Product Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, performing cost calculations, and consolidating data for month-end closing activities.

• Assist in the annual budgeting process by consolidating budget templates and preparing data for Product, Business Unit, and Entity budgets.

• Perform basic statistical analysis, data validation, and data-cleaning activities.

• Prepare ad hoc financial and management reports as required.

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, financial analysis, or auditing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.

• Results-driven, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including spreadsheet management and data analysis.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
