• Prepares the General Services Estimation (GSE) for costing and budgeting purposes.
• Monitors and prepares sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management.
• Analyzes variances between estimated and actual project costs and recommends corrective actions.
• Coordinates with project and construction teams to gather cost data and validate estimates.
• Maintains accurate and organized records of cost data, estimates, and sales reports.
