Job summary

Ardent World Inc. in Makati is seeking QA professionals to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance across packaging and cosmetic standards.

You will document testing procedures, perform destructive tests, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. Ideal candidates have a background in chemistry or related fields, 1+ year QA experience (fresh grads welcome), and familiarity with FDA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science or related course from a reputable university/college.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control; open to fresh graduates.
• Knowledgeable in FDA registration guidelines and regulations; basic knowledge in FDA cosmetic regulations for local and export setup is an advantage.
• Must be thorough and systematic; comfortable collaborating with different groups.

Responsibilities

• Create written documentation and procedures for application testing and compliance.
• Perform extensive destructive tests to challenge packaging specifications.
• Collaborate with team to understand product changes and QA testing requirements to address issues/defects.
• Create operation manuals and training materials outlining operation processes.
• Discuss CAPA and push for recommendations to suppliers, management and stakeholders in acceptance of standards.
