Job summary

CSV Now is seeking a results-driven Corporate Recruiter in Cebu, Philippines to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, interview, and close candidates for corporate, operational, leadership, and BPO roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver quality hires at speed in a startup-style environment.

You will build strong pipelines, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adapting to evolving priorities as the company scales its operations in

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate, BPO, agency or startup recruitment.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing.
• Ability to source candidates directly beyond job boards.
• Comfort discussing compensation and negotiating offers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to hire.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate communication.
• Extend offers and guide candidates through acceptance.
• Build pipelines for high-volume and difficult roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet fast-moving goals.
