Job summary

  • Manage Balanced Scorecard/performance dashboard development and reporting cadence.
  • Prepare consolidated risk reports for senior leadership.
  • Support sustainability strategy implementation and ESG target tracking.

Job description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manager – Corporate Planning, Risk & Sustainability (Execution Integrator) – Translates strategy into execution frameworks and delivery systems
  • Integrates planning, risk, and sustainability into daily operations
  • Manages implementation tracking, dashboards, and reporting
  • Coordinates cross-functional execution and performance discipline
  • Strategy Execution & Performance Management: Translate corporate strategy into enterprise KPIs, scorecards, and execution plans
  • Manage Balanced Scorecard / performance dashboard development and reporting cadence
  • Track strategic initiatives, milestones, and benefits realization
  • Support monthly and quarterly MANCOM performance reviews
  • Enterprise Risk Management & Resilience: Maintain enterprise risk register and coordinate periodic risk assessments
  • Support scenario planning, business continuity, and crisis preparedness initiatives
  • Monitor regulatory and operational risk exposure
  • Prepare consolidated risk reports for senior leadership
  • Sustainability & ESG Integration: Support sustainability strategy implementation and ESG target tracking
  • Coordinate environmental performance programs (decarbonization, water, EIP initiatives)
  • Manage ESG reporting and regulatory compliance coordination
  • Support external sustainability partnerships and certifications
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Support: Serve as central integration point between Planning, Risk, Sustainability Leads and business units
  • Align execution priorities with Finance, Operations, Utilities, IT, and Commercial teams
  • Support leadership decision-making through data‑driven insights
  • Team Leadership: Supervise Planning Lead, Risk Management Lead, and Sustainability Lead
  • Set performance objectives and execution standards
  • Build team capability in analytics, ESG management, and risk governance

Qualification Requirements
