Job summary

Maxicare Health Care in Pasig is seeking a Corporate Nurse to support employee wellness, provide first-aid, assist physicians, and maintain health records.

You will guide employees on PhilHealth claims, handle LOA requests, and help manage clinic operations in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• BS Nursing degree and valid nursing license required.
• Familiar with clinic operations and health systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• IV insertion and phlebotomy training preferred.
• Able to multitask in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate care: First-aid, wound dressing, basic treatments
• Conduct initial assessments (vital signs) before physician consultations
• Assist the Retainer Physician during physical exams
• Maintain accurate health records and work clearance logs
• Track clinic census and prepare regular health reports
• Monitor and manage clinic medical supplies
• Dispense over-the-counter medications
• Coordinate post-Annual Check-up results
• Guide employees on filing PhilHealth claims
• Assist with LOA requests for out-patient services
• Support employees during medical emergencies, including facility accompaniment when needed
