Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the companys brand image and corporate reputation.
  • Manage media relations, including building strong connections with journalists, editors, and influencers.
  • Prepare press releases, speeches, media kits, and corporate communication materials.
  • Coordinate and oversee press events, media briefings, and brand activations.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Handle crisis communication, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Support CSR programs and corporate events to promote community engagement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate marketing, public relations, or communications (retail, mall, or lifestyle industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong network with media contacts (print, broadcast, and digital).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
