Corporate Governance Secretary

• Corporate Governance Secretary LV 1

• Experience Required: No experience or minimal experience (0 years)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of meetings for the Board of Directors, Board Committees, and Governance-related events;

• Help prepare meeting notices, agendas, attendance sheets, and basic documentation under supervision;

• Record and draft minutes of meetings;

• Maintain and organize corporate governance files, including board resolutions, charters, policies, and compliance documents;

• Maintain a calendar of corporate governance activities;

• Assist in tracking governance compliance deadlines;

• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for governance-related documentation and follow-ups;

• Carry out duties and act with discretion and professionalism; and

• Perform other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the Corporate Governance Head and all other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills in terms of document filing and task management;

• Ability to pay attention to detail;

• Basic knowledge of corporate governance procedures, legal document formatting, and regulatory compliance timelines;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal;

• Good interpersonal skills;

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information;

• Ability to work independently, manage sensitive information, and perform under pressure.

Education: Graduate of any four-year course; Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
