Qualifications

• 4-5 years of corporate finance or related experience.
• Hands-on financial modeling and valuation experience.
• Experience in capital-raising activities and transaction execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine detailed financial models for valuations and capital allocations.
• Lead the drafting of investment memos, teasers, board presentations, non-binding offers, and term sheets.
• Manage virtual data rooms, oversee NDA execution, and coordinate due diligence across legal, tax, and commercial workstreams.
• Model cash waterfalls, evaluate capital structures, monitor debt benchmarks, and assist in evaluating covenants and security structures.
• Analyze market dynamics for PPAs, auctions, energy markets, and risk hedging mechanisms.
