Job description

Your Role

The Corporate Communications Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of internal communication campaigns that drive awareness of the corporate brand and initiatives, in support of culture building, engagement, and building the employer brand.

Your Impact

  • Timely release of the Maybank M.E.N.U. and management of the closed Facebook group, based on editorial calendar and prescribes guidelines
  • Content Manager and Administrator of the Maybank Philippines Facebook page and One Maybank Portal
  • Strengthening communication efforts to engage the employee to be the bank's Brand Ambassadors and building the Maybank Brand
  • Provide support to brand-building programs in line with corporate communications, public/media liaison and community relations
  • Content Writing – managing editorial and publishing, internal newsletter writing and proofreading; email-blasting internal employees
  • Social Media and Stakeholder Management – Corporate Social Media content and community management for updates and engagement
  • Project Management – Assist/Lead in execution of Broadcast and Zoom productions; Serves as a contact person and regularly prompts sector head for newsletter content
  • Multimedia Projects - Lead/Assist in design creation of program slides, collaterals, design layouts, and info graphics
  • To perform other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Your Profile

  • Graduate of Communications, Multi-Media Arts, Marketing, Advertising or other related course, or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year work experience in Corporate Communications and Content Publishing (Website, Design and Social Media)
  • Proficiency in design and copywriting
  • Excellent knowledge and operation of multimedia, specifically MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop or Illustrator, and other Cloud-based platforms
  • Experience in managing internal communications handling various channels and multi-media platforms necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Project management experience an advantage
  • Banking experience is an advantage
