Job summary

Hytech is seeking a General Corporate Lawyer to support our Philippine operations. The role focuses on transactional support and day-to-day corporate and commercial law for our licensed broker and market maker businesses in the Philippines.

The candidate should be a qualified lawyer with strong English language skills, insightful drafting and review capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Mandarin is a plus for stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting, review, and analytical abilities for corporate/commercial work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate and commercial transactional support, including contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Draft and review documents related to licensed broker and market maker businesses.
• Support day-to-day corporate legal matters and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide practical legal advice.
• Assist with ad-hoc legal matters as required.
