Job Title: Corporate Brand and Culture Manager

Department: Global Brand
Location: Manila, Philippines
Reports to: Associate Director, Global Brand

Role Overview

As the Corporate Brand and Culture Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping and elevating our corporate brand as the leading coffee chain in the Philippines, driving credibility, consumer trust, and market dominance.

Internally, you will lead initiatives to foster a strong, engaging, and inclusive culture that positions us as a great place to work.

Externally, you will spearhead our Corporate Public Relations and Communications strategy, ensuring our messaging reinforces our reputation as a trusted and innovative brand. This includes managing corporate narratives, media relations, crisis communications, and thought leadership initiatives that amplify our corporate voice.

Additionally, you will champion our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, solidifying our reputation as a responsible and impactful organization that makes a meaningful difference in the markets we serve

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

Corporate Branding & External Positioning

● Develop and execute a powerful corporate brand strategy that positions the company as the leading coffee chain in the Philippines, driving both credibility and market dominance.

● Craft and implement strategic communication plans that amplify our brand’s story and values across all channels—including digital, media, events, and partnerships.

● Lead the development of thought leadership content and executive communications that highlight our industry expertise and innovation.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and stakeholders to maximize brand visibility and strengthen our reputation.

● Lead the company’s CSR initiatives, including defining impact areas, overseeing program execution, and communicating progress to both internal and external audiences

● Drive and lead Public Relations (PR) engagement and events that amplify our corporate brand visibility and credibility, ensuring alignment with our positioning as the leading coffee chain in the Philippines.

● Develop and execute crisis management communication plans to safeguard and protect the company’s reputation during challenging situations, ensuring transparency, consistency, and alignment with brand values.

Corporate Culture & Employee Experience

● Design and deliver initiatives that cultivate an engaging, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.

● Champion initiatives that ensure all employees are informed and inspired by the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, embedding these into daily operations, internal communications, and cultural programs to shape a unified and purpose-driven culture.

● Drive internal communications strategies that keep employees informed, inspired, and aligned with our corporate goals.

● Lead and promote employee engagement programs, including recognition, wellness, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

● Identify and secure partnerships that offer valuable employee perks, rewards, and benefits, reinforcing our position as an employer of choice.

● Monitor culture health through surveys and data, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

● Serve as the corporate culture point of contact for other markets, providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure cultural alignment and the successful adaptation of corporate values across different geographies.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, HR, or a related field.

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate branding, communications, culture development, or CSR leadership.

● Proven ability to develop and execute high-impact branding strategies that drive market credibility and consumer trust.

● Strong understanding of CSR principles and the ability to translate them into actionable initiatives.

● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.

● Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels of the organization.

● Passion for culture-building and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

● Deep experience managing visual identity systems and enforcing brand guidelines.

Highly organized with strong project management skills and creative taste.

● Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders across countries and departments.

● Passion for lifestyle brands, creative collaboration, and social impact is a plus.
