About the Job:

The Corporate Affairs Assistant(MAU Staff) provides strategic support to the Corporate Affairs Officer in the implementation and coordination of the Bank's media and advertising programs and activities, including corporate branding, website management, and public relations activities to promote a positive image for DBP.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in draft press releases and advertorials on the latest developments in the Bank, including new programs/services;
  2. Assist in preparation of speeches and talking points for top Bank officials;
  3. Assist in Preparation of talking points and other materials for press briefings and media interviews of top Bank officials;
  4. Assists in coordination and regular networking activities with the media, including preparation of proposed replies to questions from members of the media;
  5. Undertake research and coordination activities with other Bank units, draft write-ups, and consolidate supporting documents in relation with the Bank’s participation in awards programs; and
  6. Assist in support initiatives for the Bank’s advertising activities, i.e. advertising placements, payments, budget monitoring etc.

Qualifications (CSC Minimum Qualification Standards):

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: None (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply)

Training: 36 hours of relevant training

Eligibility: Career Service Professional/ relevant eligibility for second level position/RA 1080
