Fleet Management Limited is seeking a Corporate Accountant to maintain precise accounting records for the manning company and to manage general ledger and financial reporting. You will prepare monthly entries, perform reconciliations, and support management reporting with insightful variance analyses.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting and professional CPA: accounting credentials required or strongly preferred.
• Experience with IFRS/PFRS and external audits is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain proper accounting records for assigned corporate books and lead general ledger and financial reporting activities.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, reversals and closing entries with reconciliations.
• Support management reporting packs and variance analyses; highlight material trends and anomalies.
• Prepare monthly DA reports for submission to Hong Kong; ensure vessel charges have supporting documents.
• Analyze financial and operational results with stakeholders and explain variances.
• Collaborate with reporting manager to ensure IFRS/PFRS compliance and audit readiness.
• Handle ad-hoc reporting tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
