Copywriting Strategist (Remote - Hong Kong)

London Outsourced is recruiting a Copywriting Strategist on behalf of Care & Bloom, a Hong Kong-based group building consumer health and wellness brands for international audiences. This is a remote role for someone based in the Philippines who can combine clear strategic thinking with excellent, hands‑on English copywriting.

You will turn customer insights, product benefits and commercial goals into messages that work across paid ads, landing pages, websites and email. You should be comfortable explaining the thinking behind your copy, collaborating with international teams and improving your work using feedback and performance evidence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research customers, competitors, product benefits and objections before developing messaging and campaign angles.
• Build clear value propositions, messaging frameworks and brand-appropriate tone of voice.
• Write compelling ad copy, hooks, video scripts, headlines, landing pages, product copy and email campaigns.
• Work with marketing, creative, design and performance teams to turn ideas into finished campaigns.
• Prepare clear briefs for designers, video editors and creators, and review how the final assets deliver the intended message.
• Create and refine copy variations using campaign results, customer feedback and testing insights.
• Manage several briefs and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, consistency and quality.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• At least 3 years of relevant professional copywriting experience, including campaign messaging or copy strategy you personally developed and delivered.
• Proven experience working directly with international clients AND international teams. Be ready to explain the markets, working relationships and your own contribution.
• Fluent written and spoken English, with the ability to write naturally and persuasively for English-speaking international audiences.
• A portfolio of published work showing your reasoning as well as the final copy: for example ads, scripts, landing pages, product pages or emails.
• Hands‑on campaign experience for funded startups or established large companies, either in‑house or through an agency.
• The ability to research unfamiliar products, identify a strong angle and turn complex information into clear customer benefits.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and confidence collaborating remotely with stakeholders across time zones.

STRONG ADVANTAGES

• DTC or e-commerce experience, particularly in consumer health, wellness, beauty or personal care.
• Direct-response copywriting, A/B testing or experience improving conversions with evidence from your own campaigns.
• Familiarity with email marketing, Shopify, Klaviyo or similar tools.
• Thoughtful use of AI for research, ideation and editing, with human judgement, fact-checking and original writing.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Full-time, remote from the Philippines, collaborating with a Hong Kong-based company and international teams. Hong Kong time-zone collaboration is required; exact working hours will be confirmed during the process.
