Job summary

JBT Marel Corporation in Ciudad de Mexico is seeking a Coordinator, Spare Parts to manage quotations and orders for spare parts and serve as a key contact across the customer journey.

You will work with customer service and technical support, communicating with the internal supply chain on availability, delivery dates and risks. A degree in business or engineering and ERP experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or similar areas preferred.
• Experience with spare parts, logistics, or supply chain processes is required.
• ERP system experience (JDE, TOTVS, SAP, etc.) is expected.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Basic to intermediate English skills (written and verbal) are required.

Responsibilities

• Organize spare parts kits for planned maintenance activities and forecast demand with planning and procurement teams.
• Receive and process spare parts requests, including quotations, orders, returns and price inquiries.
• Follow all requests through to completion and provide status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations and communicate availability and delivery timelines.
• Escalate and resolve issues that impact service levels or customer expectations.
• Coordinate with supply chain on deadlines, delays and risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Support spare parts forecasting and demand planning and assist with packaging for maintenance activities.
