Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Data Process Support specialist to assist clients via various channels and process product/service requests. You will enter transactions into databases and spreadsheets, update records, and help ensure accurate data handling while maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, and typically less than 2 years of experience in data processing or related tasks. This role emphasizes regulatory compliance and quality service.

• Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Performs various Data Process duties such as assisting clients via phone, email, chat, or other channels, answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing information.
• Handles and processes product, service, or other orders/requests and changes.
• Enters and updates transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems.
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
• Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with clients, franchises and other supported stakeholders.

What success looks like in this role:

• Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
• Performs various Data Process duties, such as:
  • Providing assistance to clients via phone, email, chat or other channels – answering inquiries, resolving complaints or providing product / service information,
  • Handling and processing product, service or other orders / requests,
  • Handling transactions associated with product / service changes,
  • Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets or other systems, and
  • Handling and processing payments.
• Maintains accurate records of client interactions, service requests, transactions and changes.
• Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client, franchises and other supported stakeholders.
• Develops understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and policies.
• Escalates complex and difficult to resolve issues per established protocol.
• May have direct client interface.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Generally, less than 2 years’ experience in area of responsibility
