Penbrothers is seeking a Performance Designer to craft high-converting e-commerce PDPs, advertorials, and multi-step landing funnels. You will translate customer insights into sales-driven visuals, collaborate on CRO-driven testing, and push for rapid, testable design iterations using AI tools.

The role demands a strong design portfolio, 3+ years in UX/UI or growth design, and fluency in Figma. A remote, globally-focused environment awaits with opportunities to impact fast-growing startups.

Qualifications

3+ years of intensive experience in UX/UI design or growth design.
Deep, recent operating experience inside high-performing direct-to-consumer environments.
Structural fluency in Figma with clean, developer-ready file architecture.
Active deployment of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) inside weekly design workflow.

Responsibilities

Design high-performing, conversion-oriented PDPs, advertorials, and landing funnels.
Rapid prototyping of assets to lift conversion through new layouts.
Integrate AI imagery workflows into the design process for rapid variations.
Translate customer insights into sales-driven layouts and experiences.
Collaborate on A/B testing and translate hypotheses into visual realities.
