Tenext.ai is seeking a Conversation Designer for its Product Delivery team in the Philippines. You will shape how AI agents interact via Voice, Chat, and Email, turning client goals into clear, effective dialogues.

You will work with LLM-powered agents on a no-code platform, writing prompts and logic without coding, while ensuring accuracy and quality across enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real call and chat transcripts to identify hallucinations, context loss, or misintent and fix flows and prompts.
• Run QA checks and pilot tests to hit accuracy and quality targets before and after go-live.
• Drive delivery across the full cycle, coordinating with clients, the founding team, and Product Delivery.
• Build Tenext's growing conversation library across BFSI, healthcare, logistics, and beyond.
• Surface platform gaps and improvement ideas and shape the product with your insights.

The Philippines is the world's call center capital, and that industry is about to be rebuilt as software. We'd rather Filipinos own that rebuild than watch it happen from the outside.

In the US, Sierra and Decagon are doing it at $15 billion and $4.5 billion valuations. Neither of them can hold a conversation in Taglish.

We're building it here, Filipino-owned, where the language and the domain knowledge already are. Every agent is AI. No floor, no headsets, no hold music. A bank's customer gets answered on the first ring, at 2am, on a holiday. Our agents are already live with the largest insurance and financial institutions in the country.

About the Role

We're looking for a Conversation Designer to join our Product Delivery team and own how Tenext's AI agents get built, tested, and shipped to enterprise clients.

You'll turn client goals into working conversation flows across Voice, Chat, and Email, and carry them from kickoff to go-live. You'll work directly with LLM-powered agents, writing and tuning the prompts, dialogues, and logic behind them on our no-code platform. No coding required, but structured, logical thinking is the job.

If you've spent years listening to calls or reviewing chats and thinking "I could design this better," this is that job. You won't be executing a playbook written in another market. You'll be writing the one for this market, and the team will treat your read on the conversation as the expert read.

What You'll Do

• Own conversation flow design for Voice, Chat, and Email agents, from first draft to production
• Translate client goals into dialogues that feel human and drive outcomes, from "I forgot my password" to "I'm ready to invest"
• Analyze real call and chat transcripts, trace where agents hallucinate, lose context, or miss intent, and fix the flows and prompts behind it
• Run QA checks and pilot tests to hit accuracy and quality targets before and after go-live
• Drive delivery across the full cycle, working closely with clients, the founding team, and the Product Delivery Team
• Build Tenext's growing conversation library across BFSI, healthcare, logistics, and beyond
• Surface platform gaps and improvement ideas; your read on what works directly shapes the product
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical and logical thinking; you enjoy untangling how people ask for help and mapping "if this, then that" at scale
• Clear, precise writer in English (and comfortable navigating Taglish conversation patterns)
• Comfortable with ambiguity; you bring structure to messy, fast-moving problems
• You move work forward on your own, and you know when to pull in clients or engineers to move it faster
• Willing to share and stand behind your opinions on tools, flows, and tradeoffs
  

Must-Haves

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in conversation design, UX writing, chatbots, QA, copywriting, customer/solution delivery, or BPO quality/training; OR sharp analytical writing and work samples that prove you can structure logic
• Comfortable with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, or similar)
• Available to work hybrid in Makati

Nice-to-Haves

• Hands-on experience with LLM tools or prompt writing (ChatGPT, Claude, or any bot-building platform)
• Exposure to BFSI, healthcare, or other regulated, workflow-heavy domains
• Familiarity with no-code or automation platforms
• Participation in hackathons, startups, or creative projects
