Job summary

Global Executive Solutions Group is seeking a Control Room Operator in Santa Maria, Bulacan. The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate with boiler operations experience and strong data analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will supervise boiler operations, monitor HMI displays, and ensure safe, efficient boiler performance with attention to ash generation and feed-water treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in boiler operations.
• Knowledge of boiler control operations and HMI.
• Analytical thinking for boiler data analysis.
• Experience with coal-fired boilers, preferably chain grate.

Responsibilities

• Check boiler parts, auxiliaries and components during operation and report abnormalities.
• Designate boiler personnel to the designated area.
• Collect, record, analyze and report data from boilers operators, control operators and haulers.
• Analyze data gathered from roving and prepare reports.
• Ensure normal operation as much as possible.
• Check ash generation to ensure good boiler combustion.
• Monitor boiler parameters in the control room.
• Record all data during operation and report abnormalities and malfunctions.
• Perform regular checks of boiler equipment.
• Supervise chemical testing and treatment of boiler feed water.

• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of working experience in Boiler Operations
• Knowledgeable in Boiler Control Operations and HMI.

• Knowledgeable in Coal Fired Boiler preferably Chain Grate Boiler

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Check and assess boilers parts, auxiliary and components during operation and report for any abnormalities and malfunction.
2. Designate boiler personnel allocated to his designated area.
3. Collect, record, analyze and report the data from boilers operator, control operator and haulers.
4. Analyze data gathered from roving and make report.
5. Ensure Normal operation as possible.
6. Check Ash generation to assure good boiler combustion.
7. Designated to ensure religious and proper boilers parameters monitoring in the control room.
8. Records all data on the boilers operation during running and report all abnormalities and malfunction.
9. Performs regular check of boiler equipments.
10. Supervise chemical testing and treatment of boilers feed water.
