Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Control Room Operator to oversee receiving, batching, grinding, mixing, pelleting and bagging operations at our Iligan plant. The role requires operating computerized systems, coordinating with QA, and ensuring production meets quality standards.

You will monitor equipment, adjust formulations with QA, and collaborate with maintenance to keep lines running safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Electrical or Mechanical) preferred.
• Experience in feed milling operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of PLC and computer systems advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate computerized receiving system selecting designated silo/bin per materials.
• Monitor batching, grinding and mixing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Oversee pelleting and fat coating processes and ensure equipment is in good condition.
