Job Description

Under the direction of the Director IV, the ITO III oversees division activities, including systems analysis, development, and database management. Responsibilities include leading the formulation of the work plan, optimizing database systems, conducting business requirements analysis, enhancing security protocols, managing database security, and ensuring timely reporting.

The ITO III supervises IT operations and personnel, provides technical support, and implements IT policies and best practices for continuous improvement. Additional duties may be assigned by the Director.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  1. Oversees, plans, directs, and organizes division activities, including system analysis, development, and management of databases;
  2. Leads data-sharing activities, ensuring secure and compliant data exchange;
  3. Develops the division work plan;
  4. Monitors and evaluates workflows and procedures, implementing improvements;
  5. Establishes standards, policies, and procedures for database systems;
  6. Conducts business requirements analysis;
  7. Enhances security protocols;
  8. Manages database security and reports;
  9. Supervises IT operations and staff;
  10. Provides technical support to users;
  11. Ensures timely and quality deliverables;
  12. Supports IT policy development and implementation;
  13. Researches and applies best practices;
  14. Performs other duties as assigned.
