Job summary

EDC is seeking a Contract Management Analyst to ensure that contract objectives are achieved by ensuring counterparties comply with contractual terms, identifying risks, and implementing mitigations for non-performance. The role covers contract compliance, change management, dispute resolution, and maintenance of contract documents.

You will coordinate with buyers, proponents, and other stakeholders to log and track contracts, review changes, and prepare reports on contract performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Economics, Engineering or Law required.
• 4 years experience in contracts management in power generation or construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance by counterparties with contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with proponents and stakeholders on contract implementation.
• Review securities submitted by counterparties for compliance.
