Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure and Capital Projects, LLC is seeking a Sales & Delivery - Contract Management professional to support contract management teams across various projects and geographies. The role emphasizes tackling commercial and contractual risks, drafting and negotiating outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Required is a university degree and a track record of investigations, compliance awareness, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience and capability in conducting and supervising investigations (compliance, employment, governmental) and drafting confidential reports.
• Deep knowledge of local ethical/conduct/compliance-related risks, employee rights and obligations, and related laws.
• Extensive experience in employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Min 2-year post-graduation work experience in a professional setting.
• Ability to collaborate with client executives at all levels and understand contract life cycle and commercial contracting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management teams across projects and accounts; align with leadership to understand client needs and opportunities.
• Coordinate with contract management staff across multiple projects, accounts, and geographies.
• Identify, escalate and resolve commercial risks and issues with CM and project leadership for favorable outcomes.
• Assist pre-award sales activities; discuss potential deal shaping and contract drafting with sales and business leadership.
• Maintain client-facing credibility and build trusted relationships with client counterparts.
