Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for a 16-month fixed-term contract. The role leads end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program, coordinating multi-channel campaigns with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Based in the Philippines, Sydney, or Auckland, travel to Papua New Guinea and Fiji is required to align with stakeholders and deliver on-site program delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in marketing communications, lifecycle or customer marketing.
• Demonstrated experience delivering communications in complex, regulated environments.
• Client Management: Proven track record in managing client accounts and leading marketing solutions.
• Project Execution: Ability to plan and execute marketing strategies and campaigns across key marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing communications for a large-scale card migration program.
• Design and deliver complex multi-channel customer communications across migration lifecycle.
• Own communication strategy aligned to program milestones, risk controls and outcomes.
• Coordinate agency and vendor partners and ensure timely, compliant communications.
