□ Job Positions * Contract/Legal Manager

• Contract Review (EPC intra projects, PPP projects)

• Coordinate with HQ Legal team

• Analysis of Project Documents/Contract Documents/Bidding Books

(Form of Tender, Terms and Conditions, Specification)

• Negotiation with Lender’s and partner’s lawyers

• Follow up report on Major legal issues

• Solving legal issue with the daily corporate management

• Manage and coordinate with Corporate legal advisors

□ Qualification and Experience

• Legal experience in PPP Projects, Investment projects

• Minimum 10 years(Manager level) of legal or contract experience of Project

• Understanding of Contracts of Construction and Project Financing

• Review of Feasibility Study(F/S)Reports and analyze

□ Preferred Skills

• Legal license will very beneficial (Law degree is also preferred)
