Job summary

Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking a Business Excellence Manager/Quality Consultant to lead and deliver strategic improvement initiatives that drive customer and business value.

You will mentor teams, apply Lean Six Sigma and project management tools, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to prioritize and sponsor high-impact projects, while modeling best practices in data gathering and workshop facilitation.

Qualifications

• Track record of delivering business improvement projects at Yellow Belt/ Green Belt /Black Belt/ Lean Practitioner Level.
• At least 2 major companywide projects initiated for process improvement in a year.
• Experience of working with and influencing stakeholders at a senior manager level.
• Possesses a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Qualification
• Ability to lead a cross functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of large business improvement projects through the application of Lean Six Sigma and project management tools
• Assist with the definition of potential projects to support the future growth of the business by identifying, quantifying and comparing potential projects, and playing an active role in the prioritization process.
• Secure the appropriate business sponsorship for allocated improvement projects.
• Actively identify potential risks & issues relating to the delivery of projects and manage a resolution process in a timely manner, only escalating major issues.
• Work with business functions to develop and implement data gathering techniques to identify and rank opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Deliver training and provide mentoring support in Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Kaizen and workshop facilitation techniques, while being an exemplar of all of these skills among others.
• Represent Infosys BPM in External forums by showcasing high impact improvement projects
