Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Content Specialist to join the People Marketing group in the Philippines. You will oversee internal and external communications, ensuring brand voice alignment and supporting Talent Acquisition marketing for a designated region.

The role focuses on creating compelling internal content, managing projects from concept to delivery, and coordinating localized recruitment marketing campaigns with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in marketing, corporate communications, PR, project management, or a related field.
• Exceptional command of English—both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
• Experience leading initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and preferably global environment.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.
• Self-starter with high organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and proofread high-impact internal communications including newsletters, email blasts, leader announcements, and campaign collateral.
• Lead assigned Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Marketing projects from ideation to delivery.
• Handle incoming marketing requests related to recruitment and hiring for the assigned geographic area, and support local hiring initiatives with marketing materials.
