Job summary

Happy Window Skill Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative content & social media intern to level up our digital presence. This role offers real ownership, works directly with leadership, and builds a portfolio of live projects across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

You will craft content calendars, write SEO-optimized blogs, and coordinate with designers to bring ideas to life while tracking KPIs and reporting on performance. This remote internship pays ₹10,000 per month.

The Opportunity Are you obsessed with digital trends and building online communities? We are a small, dynamic team looking for a creative content & social media intern to level up our digital presence. This isn't a "get us coffee and schedule calendar invites" internship. You will have real ownership, work directly with leadership, and build a portfolio of actual, live projects across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.

Stipend: ₹10,000 / month
Location: Remote

What You’ll Actually Do

• Create & Experiment: Research, Brainstorm, write, and help produce engaging content
• Trend Jacking: Keep a pulse on internet culture, memes, and platform updates to help jump on trends before they're old news
• Community Building: Engage with our audience daily—responding to comments, sparking conversations, and building a genuine community
• Analyze What Works: Look at the numbers (reach, engagement, views) to figure out why a post went viral or why it flopped, and iterate based on data

Who We Are Looking For

• Strategy & Planning: Build content calendars, research industry trends, and develop ideas for social media and blogs
• Writing & SEO: Create SEO-optimized blogs, website copy, and landing pages. This includes keyword research and writing compelling headlines/CTAs
• Creative Coordination: Develop social media hooks and captions, then work with designers and editors to bring them to life
• Operations & Reporting: Track KPIs, perform SEO audits, and manage internal workflows to meet deadlines
• Teamwork: Review drafts, support junior members, and improve internal content systems
• Proactive Thinker: You don't wait to be told what to do. You bring ideas, outlines, and scripts to the table

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Fresher with Excellent communication & proven storytelling skills
• Writing: Exceptional English writing, editing, and the ability to adapt tone across different industries
• SEO & Tools: Strong grasp of SEO fundamentals and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and WordPress
• Management: Ability to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and meet deadlines
