You will translate technical information into clear, customer-focused materials. You'll collaborate with marketing leaders, subject matter experts, and sales teams to develop website content, case studies, emails, and campaigns, while optimizing for search and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, English, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and publish content for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and marketing campaigns
• Develop customer-focused content highlighting products, services, capabilities, and industry expertise
• Create success stories, customer testimonials, and case studies
• Develop copy for email campaigns, social media, digital campaigns, and sales enablement materials
• Interview subject matter experts and business leaders to uncover stories, insights, and success cases
• Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to new and existing content
• Support content strategies focused on organic search visibility and lead generation
• Monitor website, content, and SEO performance and recommend improvements
• Ensure content consistently follows brand voice, messaging, and quality standards
