Job summary

Qualifications

• University Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Interest in the arts and ability to work across channels.

Responsibilities

• Gather stories from artists, staff and stakeholders about the arts impact.
• Support social media crowdsourcing of stories and curate exhibition content.
• Collaborate with project managers and external creatives to turn stories into interactive content.
• Assist in processing user submissions during exhibitions.
• Ideate and create content for Esplanade's social channels (IG, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Write captions, script interviews, and storyboard; design assets when possible.
• Assist video production, filming and editing for social content, publish across platforms.
• Help manage influencers and KOLs for campaigns; participate in event hosting where needed.
• Engage with the community by replying to queries and monitoring feedback.
• Track performance and share insights to optimise future content production.
• Copywriting and editing for digital and website content; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
