Job summary

WPP Production is seeking a detail-oriented content administrator to manage multi-site CMS content. You will work with Drupal 8, Umbraco, EPiServer, Sitecore, and WordPress to ensure accurate, well-styled pages across languages.

You will coordinate with copy decks and stakeholders, review designs, and track deadlines to keep projects on schedule. A strong eye for layout and cross-platform consistency is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in using the back-end interface of different CMSs: Drupal 8, Umbraco, EPiServer, Sitecore, WordPress.
• High attention to detail when loading content and cross-checking assets.

Responsibilities

• Use CMS back-end interfaces to manage content across multiple sites.
• Apply layouts and styles to content.
• Manipulate images and cropping as needed.
• Ensure multilingual content is accurate across platforms.
• Coordinate with copy decks and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Review Copy Deck against approved designs and perform gap analysis if needed.
• Visualize content deadlines to align with project plans.
• Understand impact of content across device breakpoints and layouts.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver assigned work on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in using the back-end interface of different CMSs, for example Drupal 8, Umbraco, EPiServer, Sitecore, WordPress
• Basic understanding of page layouts and applying styles
• Basic understanding of image manipulation and cropping
• High attention to detail while loading content and cross-checking
• Ability to work across multi-lingual content
• Ability to manage various copy decks, version control and multiple stakeholders
• Ability to review Copy Deck against the approved Designs. Do Gap analysis and follow-up with the stakeholders for missing elements
• Ability to visualize content deadlines to align with the overall project plan and to execute as per plan
• Ability to understand the impact of content and assets in the design layouts, across various device breakpoints
• Ability to coordinate with various teams to deliver the work included in a project
• Responsibility to ensure timely completion of projects, including dependent activities or tasks

Good to have

• Ownership of activities allocated and ensuring tasks & project deliverables meet the quality needs of the client or scope
• Ability to identify, analyses, and properly respond to project risks
• Ability to juggle a varied workload and to priorities time effectively
• Experience in the Drupal 8 interface is an added plus
• Understanding of the Master and Local-market sites approach Preferred:
