Job summary

Mitti by SafetyCulture is seeking an experienced content writer to produce and publish high-quality content that aligns with our editorial and brand standards. You’ll work within established workflows, leverage AI-assisted processes, and maintain consistent output across topics and formats.

You’ll apply strong keyword research, analytics, and SEO practices to create engaging content for a global audience, while adhering to E-E-A-T guidelines and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of editing with attention to detail and E-E-A-T.
• Strong keyword research skills and ability to map intent to formats.
• Experience using SEO analytics tools like Google Search Console and Ahrefs.
• Comfortable using AI tools and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to manage tasks with some supervision and regular check-ins.

Were looking for an experienced writer who executes reliably and takes pride in finishing work well. Youll produce and publish content within our established workflows, holding our editorial and quality standards on every piece. Youre curious by nature, quick to pick up new tools and workflows, and consistent in applying them to deliver quality content at volume.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks end-to-end, from brief to published.
• Complete keyword and content research as directed, and match it to the right page types and formats.
• Write and optimise content that meets our editorial and brand quality standards, is useful and engaging, and aligns with Mitti’s brand and E-E-A-T standards.
• Create or coordinate supporting assets for content pages.

Required skills and experiences

• Proven record of editorial experience, with a strong eye for detail and familiarity with E-E-A-T quality standards.
• Keyword research skills, with the ability to match intent to the right page types and formats.
• Experience with analytics and SEO tools, such as Google Search Console and Ahrefs, is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and following AI-assisted workflows.
• Able to manage your own task list with regular check-ins and some supervision.

• Consistently completing assigned content tasks on time and to standards.
• Producing content that meets editorial, E-E-A-T and AEO quality standards.
• Running the content workflows independently, without needing step-by-step
• guidance.
• Accurately maintaining reporting inputs so performance is trackable.
• Growing autonomy, needing fewer corrections and less oversight over time.
