Behind every inspiring story is someone who knows how to bring it to life on screen. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Content Creator – Video & Motion Intern to help us turn startup moments into dynamic visual content, from TikToks to founder interviews, event reels to recap videos.

You’ll work with our marketing team to plan, shoot, and edit content that tells the story of Philippine entrepreneurship in real, compelling ways. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a knack for editing, and a passion for storytelling, this might be your cue.

Who Are you?

You’re a curious and creative storyteller who wants to learn how to turn moments into scroll-stopping content. You love capturing energy on camera, experimenting with edits, and figuring out how to make a story feel alive. You’re organized (or willing to learn how to be), open to feedback, and excited to sharpen your skills on real projects that matter.

0–1 year of experience in video editing, content creation, or school/passion projects

A small portfolio of past work (reels, class projects, interviews, TikToks, promos — we care about potential, not perfection)

Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus)

Bonus: Interest or basic skills in photography, graphic design, or motion graphics

Most important: willingness to learn, experiment, and grow fast.

What will you do?

Edit and produce both short-form and long-form videos (social content, event recaps, interviews, promos)

Collaborate with our content team on planning, scripting, and shot lists

Organize and manage digital assets for efficient production workflows

Capture footage during events and shoots (we’ll provide gear if needed)

Be part of brainstorming sessions to shape content ideas and formats
