Job summary

Tamasha is seeking a Content Creator to ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos for its app ecosystem. You will produce native content and may appear on camera to represent the brand, while tracking trends across leading platforms and collaborating with creators.

Responsibilities include maintaining a content calendar, posting at optimal times, engaging with the audience, and sharing insights with Marketing and Growth teams for paid campaigns.

• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos for Tamasha's app ecosystem
• Create native, platform-first content — not repurposed ads
• Be comfortable appearing on camera as a face/voice for Tamasha when needed
• Track trending audio, formats, memes, and challenges across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Adapt trends quickly to fit Tamasha's brand voice and the live gaming/entertainment space
• Collaborate with creators and streamers to co-create content on the Tamasha platform
• Capture and repurpose live, in-app, and event moments into shareable social content
• Engage with comments and DMs to build a responsive community presence
• Own and maintain a content calendar across all Tamasha app social handles
• Post consistently at optimal times to grow reach, followers, and engagement
• Batch-produce content to maintain a healthy pipeline of assets
• Track views, engagement, follower growth, and shares to determine what resonates
• Share learnings with Marketing and Growth teams to inform paid campaigns

• Create a steady stream of native, platform-first content — not repurposed ads
• Be comfortable appearing on camera as a face/voice for Tamasha when needed

Trend & Platform Mastery

• Track trending audio, formats, memes, and challenges across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Adapt trends quickly to fit Tamasha's brand voice and the live gaming/entertainment space
• Experiment with new formats and platforms as they emerge

Community & Creator Collaboration

• Collaborate with creators and streamers on the Tamasha platform to co-create content
• Capture and repurpose live, in-app, and event moments into shareable social content
• Engage with comments and DMs to build an active, responsive community presence

Content Calendar & Consistency

• Own and maintain a content calendar across all social handles for Tamasha's apps
• Post consistently, at optimal times, to grow reach, followers, and engagement
• Batch-produce content to keep a healthy pipeline of ready-to-post assets

Performance & Iteration

• Track views, engagement, follower growth, and shares to see what content resonates
• Double down on formats that perform and retire ones that don't
• Share learnings with Marketing and Growth teams to inform paid creative and campaigns
