Brainbox is a unique BPO in the Philippines that emphasizes culture and growth. We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to own content end to end for Australian businesses and Filipino job seekers, from planning to performance reporting.

The role demands a creative writing voice, hands-on asset production, and a disciplined approach to measurement. On-site at our Pampanga office with a 37.5h work week and strong career opportunities.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing or a similar role.
• Proven experience in both copywriting and creative asset production.
• A portfolio showing written and visual work you have produced.
• Hands-on experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or CapCut.
• Experience managing and publishing content on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and native social media insights.
• Able to speak and write in English proficiently, with an ear for tone and audience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organised and able to manage several projects and deadlines at once.
• Self-driven, creative and comfortable owning work from idea to results.

• Plan and maintain the content calendar across website, social media, email and sales channels.
• Turn marketing and sales objectives into campaign plans with clear messaging, audiences and success measures.
• Research audience needs, competitors and industry trends to inform content direction.
• Work with the Sales and Marketing team to align content with lead generation and sales priorities.
• Develop campaign concepts and creative angles that reflect the Brainbox brand.
• Write copy for social posts, blogs, website pages, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, sales collateral and ads.
• Adapt tone and messaging for different audiences, including Australian business owners and Filipino job seekers.
• Edit and proofread all content for accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
• Design graphics, carousels, banners, presentations and other visual assets.
• Produce and edit short-form video and motion content for social platforms.
• Maintain brand guidelines and templates so assets stay consistent across channels.
• Organise and manage the content and asset library.
• Schedule and publish content across social media, website and email platforms.
• Build and send email campaigns and set up landing pages.
• Set up and manage paid social and digital ad campaigns where required.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages as needed.
• Track and report on content and campaign performance, including reach, engagement, traffic, leads and conversions.
• Use data to identify what works and recommend improvements.
• Run tests on copy, creative and formats to improve results.
• Prepare regular performance reports for the Sales and Marketing team.
