Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in tech, Web3/crypto, or media/publishing is a strong advantage.
• Strong writing and editing in English; Filipino proficiency is a plus.
• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
• Comfort with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic graphics.
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS and social scheduling tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Plan, draft, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Own and maintain the content calendar against priorities and campaigns.
• Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs within brand and compliance guidelines.
• Track engagement and report performance monthly.
• Write original social copy, captions, short-form content, and newsletters.
• Produce graphics, banners, infographics, and event collateral.
• Coordinate external designers and vendors for larger productions.
• Draft press materials and support PR initiatives; maintain media lists.
• Prepare blog articles 2–4 per month and keep website content current.
• Apply basic SEO and ensure all formatting, links, images, and metadata are clean.
