You will supervise yard personnel, coordinate with HR and maintenance, and drive on-time processing of arrivals and releases from Imus, Cavite. Strong communication and 2–3 years in a similar role are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Ability to supervise a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Imus, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily container yard activities: receiving, dispatching, stacking, transferring, and releasing containers.
• Supervise yard personnel and equipment operators; assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Maintain accurate container inventory; ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety policies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, HR, Documentation, and Dispatch to resolve issues and optimize throughput.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed in all yard operations.
