Job summary

PMI in the Philippines seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to drive brand-aligned activation and oversee local vendors from route planning to performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution aligned with brand plans and CC/SFP objectives.
• Coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless activation.
• TPA Coordination and vendor management for activation execution.
• Lead consumer insights collection and regular reporting for improvements.
• Monitor performance KPIs and document learnings for Supervisors.
• Support route planning and POS nominations in collaboration with Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution
• Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination
• Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting
• Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
